Accounts/ Administration Officer Maternity Leave Position
This is an opportunity for an experienced motivated person to join our team. The role is part time Monday Friday, suited to a self-motivated team player able to work with flexibility as additional hours maybe required at times to cover leave.
Working as part of a small team, the ideal candidate will initially provide support across all aspects of administration including:
general administrative & reception support
liaison with both internal staff and external clients
answering and managing incoming telephone calls
You will be highly organised and capable of managing multiple tasks with a calm and can do attitude, with strong communication skills and an excellent attention to detail. You will have the confidence to work autonomously, whilst thriving in a team environment and always be willing to proactively assist others within the team.
The successful applicant will possess:
Minimum 3 years in an accounts role, including payroll
Ideally experienced in MYOB payroll or have the ability to rapidly learn program
Competency in the use of MS Office, particularly Word
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage work priorities & multi-task
Ability to work independently, under pressure and to meet deadlines
Excellent attention to detail
