Administration and Accounts Clerk (casual part-time hours)

About the Opportunity
A temporary opportunity (casual part-time hours, approx 3-4 days/week) has become available with a reputable and well established organisation in Ipswich.
We are seeking your administration, accounts and payroll processing experience to provide clerical support within this busy office, including:
Accounts payable and receivable processing (Quickbooks).
Payroll support, including checking and processing payroll for up to 20 employees.
Bank and credit card reconciliations.
General administrative duties including answering telephones, filing and data entry.
To be considered for this opportunity, you will need to demonstrate:
Previous administration and accounts processing experience (including accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll processing).
Competency using accounting systems (Quickbooks experience is ideal) and a sound understanding of MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook.
Fast and accurate data entry skills.
Team player approach with well developed communication skills.
Proven organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines whilst ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Although this is commencing as a temporary (casual) role initially (approximately 24 hours per week), there is a possibility that the requirement will become longer term as business needs are evaluated.
