Young Minds Health and Development Network is looking for a skilled employee to provide administrative assistance to our Finance Manager, and also to our Group Programs Manager.
The position is a casual position with flexible hours. It may suit someone who would like school hours.
The successful applicants will have excellent problem solving skills, attention to detail, and have excellent customer service manner.
The Role requires:
High quality administration support to assist our Groups Manager to organised Group programs, participants and necessary communications.
Bookkeeping assistance to our Finance Manager. Knowledge of MYOP and good computer skills would be valued.
Document management - management of client records with high priority to maintaining confidentiality and compliance with Privacy Laws and Legislation
Some computer software knowledge - scheduling, data entry and coding, client billing and invoicing, would be advantageous to assist both Managers.
Work professionally, respectfully and collaboratively with management, clients, supporting staff and the community at large.
