Admin / Customer Service

HBC Trading Australia is an international importer, manufacturer, exporter and distributor of specialty and gourmet foods based in Regents Park.

 

Key Responsibilities:

         Process orders, invoices, credit notes

         Chase outstanding payments

         Provide admin support to the other team members (Sales reps)

         Follow up customer inquiries and complaints

 


Requirements and Skills:

         Accounting background (can be an advantage)

         MYOB / Pronto (essential)

         Excellent communication skills and telephone manner

         Attention to detail

         Excellent team player

         Flexible for taking on a variety of tasks

         Can-do attitude

         Excellent time management

         At least one year experience in a similar role
