Part Time Customer Service / Administration Officer
At PACE Business Services we are passionate about customer service. As our Customer Service Officer you will be an important member of our team in delivering high level customer service to position PACE Business Services as the leader in our field. You will bring your passion for working with people to our successful and growing business and will be looking to grow with us in pursuing your career in Administration and Office Management.
Your prior experience in managing multiple calls means you have developed excellent telephone answering and call management skills, have the ability to multi-task and have good time management and prioritising abilities. You can think on your feet and you bring maturity and an attitude of caring and empathy to your work. The ability to work as part of a team with a positive can-do attitude, along with excellent presentation and communication skills are a must for this position. As our part time Customer Service Officer working 3 regular days per week and additional days as required to cover leave for other team members you will be required to meet and greet clients with a welcoming and professional manner.
You will have excellent keyboard skills, knowledge of MS Office and Outlook. Knowledge of online diary management will be an advantage, however training will be provided specific to the position requirements.
