Technical Sales Engineer - Calling All Technical Engineering Graduates!

The opportunity

The Sales Engineer connects customer organizations with the whole of Pall. As an-entry level you will be trusted with the unique opportunity to join the sales organization. You will learn the business from the ground up, building professional client relationship, guides and advises a team of sales specialists, builds values for the customer by utilizing the resources of Pall and therefore achieves competitive differentiation and profitable growth for Pall. This role ensures sales and operations remains aligned and working to the goals of the Fluid Technologies & Asset Protection (FTAP) business

 

Essential job functions

  • Develop and implement customer account plans designed to achieve order, revenue, and margin projections and implement total fluid management solutions across nominated territory in the assigned Region, Market and Accounts

  • Build and develop the account at all levels and drive sales of new products and various applications. Cultivate Relationship with Senior Management and Decision Makers in the assigned Accounts

  • Lead as an ambassador, strategist, and negotiator for clients across NSW Goldfields area

  • Maintain General and Project Specific communication with colleagues across the ANZ sales team. While drawing on available resources as needed to achieve Regional, Market, Product or Account Specific Objectives

  • Create and Deploy New Product and Application Sales Tools, Including Success Stories, Customer Presentations, Installation Lists, return on investment Calculations and Sample Proposals

  • Monitor Competitive Activity at Existing Customer and Direct Field Sales Personnel to Account

  • Maintain a Funnel of Opportunities in CRM

 

Key requirements

  • Location: New South Wales, Goldfields. You need to be based around Dubbo, Wellington, Orange, Parkes, Bathurst area. (Central West NSW)

  • Recent graduate degree or diploma in mechanical/chemical engineering or a technical degree who pride themselves on their high learning agility & self-motivation

  • Prior customer service or sales experience will be highly regarded.

  • It is essential that you are a strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role is best suited to candidates who are looking to grow within the technical sales space.

  • Autonomous & self-starter individual, comfortable to work 90% remotely
