Office Co-ordinator

OFFICE CO-ORDINATOR FOR SMALL FAMILY PLUMBING BUSINESS (CASUAL/PT)

We require a dedicated individual seeking casual/PT position for 10-15 hours a week within a small family run plumbing business in the yarra valley.

You will be required to work independently whilst being able to run a group of 6 staff & large client base.

 

Tasks required will be: general admin, co-ordinate quotes/work schedules, enter invoices/quotes, bookkeeping including reconciling accounts & chasing debtors, keep OHS/SWMS up to date, and PA to the director. Xero accounting software experience preferred.

The hours are flexible within school hours across certain days and can be negotiated between 10-15 per week to suit the right persons schedule
