Administration / Accounts - Part Time

The Company
This well-known and highly successful business pride themselves on the quality of their products and level of service they provide.  Due to continued growth they are seeking a suitably experienced candidate to become an integral part of their team

The Role
Working in this small, family friendly and supportive team you will be reporting to the owners of the business and responsible for supporting the team with adminsitration and accounts duties.  This role will be offered on a permanent part time basis on WEDNESDAY AND FRIDAY'S  9am - 3pm (flexibility is a must)!

The Duties
Some of your actual duties will include;
  • Answering all incoming calls
  • Assisting with general enquiries
  • Managing various filing systems
  • Preparing and processing invoices
  • Maintaining various spreadsheets 
  • Assisting with Reconciliations and Reporting
  • Other administrative duties as required
The Requirements
  • Possess strong proven experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
