Established in 1956 Temperzone is a leading manufacturer, distributor and exporter of air conditioning and ventilation equipment throughout Oceania and Asia. As a Group, it has established network of sales offices, distributors and warehouses located in New Zealand, Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, P.R. China, India and Indonesia.
We currently have an opportunity for a full time, permanent Technical Support Technician who will be responsible in providing technical support to internal and external customers. You will be responsible for using your technical knowledge and experience to:
- Answer technical and general enquiries
- Respond to requests for warranty service and technical support via email and telephone.
- Provide a contact and advisory service to contractors
- Process warranty invoices
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key Temperzone account holders on installation and technical matters.
Your skill set, experience and qualifications:
Preferably you will have gained a minimum of 10 years experience working in the HVAC industry. You will have a solid understanding and experience of system controls. You will possess a high competency in the technicalities of air conditioning system design and an understanding of air cooled, water cooled products, VRF design and application. HVAC qualifications will also be highly regarded.
The successful candidate will need:
To be considered for the role you will need to demonstrate previous knowledge in air conditioning application, Microsoft Office skills, possess excellent communication skills, time management and be an effective team player. You will also have excellent customer service skills and have a positive can-do attitude.
