You will play a key support role in our business, reporting to the Managing Director.
We are a registered training organisation providing training courses to corporates and small businesses and we enjoy an excellent reputation for customer service in our market. Your role is to maintain this level of excellence when handling customer inquiries and bookings and ensuring that our office runs smoothly. You will also help with the sale and servicing of products that are sold in support of our training courses.
Ensure our trainers have the right paperwork and necessary information for their courses
Email and phone contact with our customers
Manage and monitor the database. Maintain participant files to audit level on the computer and in the database.
Ensure all attendance records and course assessment records are up to date and entered into databases and participant files.
Keep on top of invoicing (using Xero) for courses and equipment sales
Overview of all upcoming courses by reviewing attendee numbers, suggesting additional courses and closing off courses after they have been run
Keep the trainers informed of course dates and locations, attendee numbers and products that need to be delivered to the course
Be ready to help with packing and fulfillment of product orders
Working with our larger customers to enrol their staff into courses and keep them informed of the upcoming course dates
Advise the MD when stock levels are running low so more products can be ordered
The ideal person will have the below skills:
Exceptional customer service experience
Skilled in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience with Xero preferred
Ability to work alone but also be part of a small team
Previous experience working in a training organisation an advantage
Proven track record of working in administration roles
