Receptionist/Administration Support

Hilary Wijeratne Pty Ltd, are experienced accountants with 30 years in business. An exciting opportunity presents for an outgoing, self-motivated, hardworking individual to join our office.

You must be confident to answer customer queries, efficient with technology, and have strong verbal and written skills. Applicants need to have had previous experience in a similar role.

This role is an ongoing part time position for a minimum of 20 hours, with potential for additional hours as the busy tax period demands.

To be successful at this role you will need:

  • Experience in Microsoft applications
  • Have strong organisation skills
  • Strong multi-tasking ability
  • Proactiveness in following up client requests within a reasonable amount of time
  • Ability to work autonomously or as part of a team
  • Ability to perform in a dynamic and fast paced environment



The ideal candidate should be available for immediate start and ready to join a small friendly team.
