The Development and Strategy team is seeking a collaborative and self-driven Development Manager.
In this role you will develop optimal asset solutions for capital works projects delivered by the City Projects and Property Division.
Key tasks include assisting clients together with other stakeholders to evolve initiation briefs, identifying possible asset solution options and writing compelling business cases outlining the preferred solution. These involve leading a team to prepare feasibility studies and risk analysis. You'll also develop a strong collaborative partnership with the Delivery team.
To be successful you'll have excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills and proven ability to consult, partner, negotiate and influence.
