Rodneys Transport Service is a medium sized transport business with operations in NSW and Victoria. Our Wagga Wagga Head Office is currently looking for a full time receptionist/administration support person who will embrace the Rodneys culture and is seeking to join an enthusiastic and passionate team.
The position will be a dynamic and challenging opportunity suited to a person who is highly motivated and able to grow with the business and its future needs.
The responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Answering all in-coming phone calls
Operating the public weighbridge
General mail duties
Assisting with customer enquiries
General administration and admin support
Readiness to learn new skills
The following skill setand experience is preferred:
Certificate II in Administration/Business Administration or relevant experience
Certificate to operate weighbridge (training can be provided)
Proven competence in the Microsoft Office package
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Pleasant and professional telephone manner
Confidence to deal with customers and clients at all levels
Strong ability to be able to multi task
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail
The successful candidate will be reporting to the Finance Manager and will be remunerated under the Clerk Private Sector Award in accordance to experience and qualifications.
