We are dedicated to providing our clients with insights about strategic property investment opportunities and empowering them to make informed decisions. Due to our success and business growth we are now looking for an additional Booking Consultant to join our fast growing, remote team!
The ideal candidate will come with a passion for helping everyday hard working Australians reach their financial goals. Experience within the financial planning, property, real estate, finance or lending sectors would be favourable.
In this role, you will be responsible for the following.
Calling leads generated from Facebook and Appointment Setting for our weekly online education sessions
Qualifying and Setting Appointments
Assisting clients with finance documentation requests
Identifying opportunities to cross-sell relevant add-on products & services
Efficiently manage a large pipeline of leads
Handling objections clearly and competently
The successful applicant will have preferred experience in the below areas
Appointment Setting Experience
Experience with CRM Software
Exceptional customer service and telephone manner
Self motivated and ability to work autonomously
The right applicant will commence with an hourly rate, starting with 20 hours per week. Hours of work are flexible. This would ideally suit a stay at home parent.
