We have an immediate needfor an ambitious, disciplined and experienced Sales Consultant to join our solar team. 

You will be responsible for

  • Establishing and maintaining a strong rapport with existing customers and potential customers  
  • Maintaining our high standard of service, adopting the G-Store Way  
  • Following up on new leads  
  • Achieving and exceeding sales KPI's  
  • Achieving high sales conversion rates  

The ideal candidate 

  • Driven sales professional with strong sales experience of consumer products or services (essential)  
  • Direct sales experience in the renewables sector (desired but not essential)  
  • The skills and attributes to sell the "value", not the "price"  
  • Strong ability to work autonomously  
  • Willingness to work after hours (essential)  
  • Confidence in business development and managing customer relationships to maintain our strike rates on add on sales 
  • Excellent time management skills  
  • Intermediate computer skills  
  • Have a pleasant and professional attitude  
  • Confidence in "asking for the order" 
  • The successful candidate must hold a valid driver's licence with a reliable motor vehicle

A generous base + uncapped commission structure with flexible working hours is available and achievable.  OTE $120 - $150K.
