This is open to permanent employment that is available immediately. We are also open for this role to commence in a contract capacity on a daily rate.
About the role
Reporting to the new CMO, this is a fantastic opportunity for marketer who has experience in developing brands from scratch and executing marketing campaigns across all channels, with a focus on digital and lead generation. This role suits a hands-on marketer capable of managing multiple campaigns at once or could even suit someone wanting to make the switch from an agency environment. You will be responsible for supporting the parent rebrand as well as developing, executing, and launching an entire new brand for a multi-million-dollar educational services business across both the Australian and North American markets.
Skills and Experience
You will be marketing or communications degree qualified, with a minimum of 7-10 years’ marketing experience, ideally in a marketing or campaign management role or similar.
Strong knowledge of either but preferably both B2B and B2C marketing and consumer branding, lead generation or e-commerce experience highly regarded.
Proven experience achieving revenue and customer acquisition targets.
Extensive experience building and developing brands and ideally have experience in launching a new brand across multiple markets.
Extensive experience working across the whole brand and marketing mix, including developing marketing and brand strategies, annual marketing plans, creative and media briefing, integrated campaign development, social media, content production, SEM, SEO, website development, market research and analysis, lead generation and marketing optimisation.
Strong copy writing, presentation development and verbal presentation skills. You must be a lover of copy and content!
PR background and skills highly regarded.
What you will be doing
Develop and implement the brand identity, brand positioning, launch, and ongoing campaign plan for the new educational services brand!
Develop the annual marketing strategy for the new educational services brand to achieve overarching brand and lead targets.
Ensure the strategy identifies the business and market challenge, key insights, value proposition, target segments and personas, key messages aligned to audience, measurable objectives and outcomes and previous campaign learnings.
Work collaboratively with the marketing team and support the CMO with the parent rebrand project.
Undertake pre, live and post campaign analysis and reporting, using your strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
Recommend and guide best practice campaign creative development and media planning across digital, search, social and PR.
Build strong relationships with key leaders across the business.
