Client Services Manager - Tax & Accounting

THE OPPORTUNITY

The Client Services Manager is primarily responsible for providing a broad range of administration support to the Tax and Accounting team, as well as liaising with our clients and supporting the rest of the administration team as and when required.   Working with your Client Services Assistant, you will work as a team to provide quality administration support and assist in backing up the other administration roles as and when required. 

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE 

  • Managing, training and development of your support staff 
  • Managing client appointments using Calendly appointment software
  • Onboarding / Offboarding & updating client data
  • Capturing client information using Salesforce software (can be taught)
  • Preparation, distribution and follow up of client engagement letters
  • Regularly monitoring of client data reconciliations between systems
  • Preparation of tax packs for lodgement
  • PAYG Income Tax Instalments, Business Activity Statements, Notices of Assessments
  • Invoicing Clients, lodgement reporting
  • Management reporting (Invoices & WIP)
  • Liaising with ATO daily, follow up with information from Accountants and our clients
  • Xero Green Workflow Max (experience with E-sign)
  • Xero Blue (Tax)
  • MS Office Suite - MS Teams, Word, Outlook, Excel, PPT
  • Previous administration experience in an accounting firm
  • Accountancy Insurance preferred but not essential
  • General office support including reception back up (if required) greeting clients, file/data management, office supplies

EXPERIENCE

  • Significant experience within a similar role
  • Ability to communicate well with clients, high attention to detail
  • Ability to manage and prioritize tasks to ensure quality support to accountants and client service
  • Managing workflow according to lodgement requirements
