As the Landscape Contracts Administrator and Development Coordinator you will have a comprehensive understanding of all Flemings Landscapes projects; from commencement of design to completion of construction and ensuring maintenance of the projects showcase our work and exceed expectations from customers and other stakeholders.
Crucial to the success of this role is organization skills as you are responsible for ensuring all project documentation is created and maintained, financial components are submitted on time, monthly forecasts are submitted to management and approvals, correspondence and other project documentation is completed accurately and in accordance to relevant timelines.
Your communication skills and relationship building abilities are constantly at work as you are the conduit and balance between our client needs, the on the ground outcomes and the business focus. Pivotal to success you will work closely with clients and internal stakeholders allowing you to foresee and navigate solutions, managing client expectations as projects are delivered on time, scope and budget, drive claim meetings with Site Managers, monitor construction phases ensuring works are completed and communicated to client and ensure our maintenance and presentation division achieve practical and final completions.
Based at Flemings Landscapes Head Office in Scoresby, this role requires onsite meetings with clients, councils, and internal staff. It is the expectation of Flemings Landscapes that to truly understand the reality of the worksite and time will need to be spent there on a regular basis based on the status of the project.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple projects, clients and deadlines
- Experience working within budgets / project tracking, communicating changes and end of month finance responsibilities
- Understanding and monitoring of construction phases ensuring works are completed and communicated in line client expectations
- Understanding of urban development and council processes
- Relationship focused possessing strong communication skills to manage client expectations, on the ground reality and business focus
