Temple Brewing Co. is seeking an experienced Administrative person who can manage Accounts Receivable, Sales Support and Coordination of Sales for our interstate sales business. This role is a 6-month contract role initially to take on the responsibilities of a team member who will be on maternity leave.
The role will be based at Temple Brewery in Brunswick East and will be for up to 25 hours per week.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar environment and can work independently while reporting to the National Sales Manager and the Chief Operating Officer. Experience with XERO as well as MS Office is required.
The Key duties of the role will involve interaction with Sales and Brewery Operations as well as external customers including following up on Debtors payments. A working knowledge of the craft beer industry is desirable but not essential. Previous experience with managing Online sales will also be highly considered.
While this position is for a 6-month contract, it may be extended or converted into a permanent position
A salary package is negotiable based on abilities, experience and track record.
