Ramsay Surveyors Pty Limited is a land surveying company seeking to employ an experienced Administrative Officer
To be successful in this role, you must have:
Demonstrated experience in accounts receivables and payables
Experience in using the Microsoft Office suite
Experience in Xero is highly recommended
Proficient in data entry and management
Good verbal and written communication skills
Training will be provided.
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE: Generating and sending invoices to clients, Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries, research and resolve payment discrepancies, reconcile accounts receivable transactions, maintaining accounts receivable files and records and following up on overdue accounts by way of phone and email communications, preparing quotations for clients and maintain up-to-date billing system
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE: Assemble, review and verify invoices and check requests, enter and upload invoices into system, set invoices up for payment, maintain vendor files, provide supporting documentation for audits, reconcile accounts payable transactions
HUMAN RESOURCE: Prepare and process superannuation contribution, maintaining and ensuring workers compensation insurance cover is up to date, maintaining and preparing Safe Work Method Statement (SWMS), maintaining employee files and record, maintain confidentiality of organizational information
RECEPTION DUTIES: Answer incoming calls, redirect calls as necessary, taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member on a timely basis, schedule appointments, handling queries and complaints via phone, email and general correspondence, receiving and dispatching deliveries
ADMINISTRATIVE TASK: General office duties Preparing job folders, maintaining client details in the system, managing office supplies such as stationery, field supplies, equipment and furniture, maintaining files for office vehicles, survey equipment, preparation of letters and reports for signing and performing ad-hoc administration duties
