About the role
This newly designed role is part of our Customer Connections Refresh Program (CCRP). This role is responsible for ensuring Subdivision Development programs and projects are managed and delivered in accordance with the TasNetworks governance framework and adhere to relevant Act, policies, procedures and guidelines.
The role requires effective planning, management and co-ordination of Subdivision Development programs and projects to ensure seamless, responsive and aligned delivery in accordance with agreed time frames and budgets
The ability to establish and maintain strong effective working relationships with developers and all other internal and external stakeholders is paramount.

You will need formal qualifications and/or demonstrated extensive experience in program/project management as a requirement for this role.
Have strong knowledge of, and experience in, program and project portfolio management in the electricity distribution industry, particularly in the area of Subdivision Developments.
Establish strong effective working relationships with developers and all other internal and external stakeholders to ensure:
Future demand for subdivisions can be identified and planned for
Stakeholders are actively managed
Project risks and issues can be identified and resolved in a timely, effective and efficient
