The role involves some outbound by phone in a low pressure selling capacity.
The role also includes office administration including providing assistance to tenants, maintaining amenities and escalating issues to Management where required.
Experience in a sales role and call centre environment is highly regarded.
English as a first language is essential.
General aptitude for computer systems, handling several different software applications and keyboard efficiency is required with a typing speed of at least 30 words per minute.
Flexible hours are offered to suit your requirements during our operating hours of 8am to 7pm Monday to Friday.
This position is only open to permanent Australian Residents with at least 3 years working in an Australian location within the last 5 years.
With consideration to COVID19, it is preferable that candidates live in the Southern suburbs of Melbourne and have a current drivers' license and car to ensure they can attend work without issue and because working from home is not permissible in this role.
