WBA Inc seeks casual Customer Service Officers (CSO) for the Duty Manager Pool. Duty Managers will be rostered on for shifts on Saturdays and Sundays (mainly) & may be required to set up and take down sporting equipment as part of the role.
The Customer Service Officer is responsible for court and game setup (computerised), including GameDay and Courtside troubleshooting, (minor) cash handling, telephones, program bookings, and membership inquiries. The CSO will possess great customer service skills, organisational and multi-tasking skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
Training will be provided.
Knowledge and Experience
Note: Moderate to heavy physical activity such as lifting equipment, using stairs is required on a regular basis.
Good computer skills
Experience in a customer service role, dealing with multiple customer requests
Demonstrated understanding of customer needs, expectations and issues
Strong verbal communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
All staff must have a current Working With Children (WWC) and HLTAID003 First Aid certificate. All employees must observe our values of safe, welcoming and inclusive and upon employment the employee will sign the Willetton Way code of conduct policy.
Desirable: Previous practical experience and/or hands on exposure to competition management procedures and protocol in the same or similar type environment.
