Production Coordinator

In your new role you will:

  • Effectively support the NSW Operations Team by optimising the production schedule to meet or exceed customer requirements and delivery deadlines in a positive safe workplace.
  • Drive high performance through role modelling, regular communication, feedback and recognition to team members.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce production costs while maintaining required quality.
  • Support procurement processes to ensure that inventory levels are maintained to ensure products can be made per schedule.

You will have:

  • At least five years’ experience in production planning, coordination and purchasing in a complex manufacturing environment.
  • Exceptional communication, teamwork and customer service skills; competence managing competing priorities in short time frames.
  • Quality focus and attention to detail; proven ability to solve practical problems and deliver continuous improvement. Six Sigma an advantage.
  • Excellent computer skills including MS Suite and ideally RanFab, with strong drawing interpretation skills.

This is a full-time permanent role. The successful candidate will need to undergo a police check, drug and alcohol screen and have a valid driver’s license.
