In your new role you will:
Effectively support the NSW Operations Team by optimising the production schedule to meet or exceed customer requirements and delivery deadlines in a positive safe workplace.
Drive high performance through role modelling, regular communication, feedback and recognition to team members.
Identify opportunities to reduce production costs while maintaining required quality.
Support procurement processes to ensure that inventory levels are maintained to ensure products can be made per schedule.
You will have:
At least five years’ experience in production planning, coordination and purchasing in a complex manufacturing environment.
Exceptional communication, teamwork and customer service skills; competence managing competing priorities in short time frames.
Quality focus and attention to detail; proven ability to solve practical problems and deliver continuous improvement. Six Sigma an advantage.
Excellent computer skills including MS Suite and ideally RanFab, with strong drawing interpretation skills.
