This position requires a mature, responsible person to join the office team, working two days (Thursday and Friday) and one weekend per month (both Saturday and Sunday). Shifts will be rostered between 9am and 5pm, with a minimum of 12 hours per week.
Occasional weekday evening shifts are also required for Tuesday or Wednesday for approximately 3 hours per shift.
The successful applicant must be available during school holidays, long weekends and peak periods.
A high standard of customer relations and excellent communication and organisational skills are essential along with the ability to work as part of a team and take on a variety of tasks across all facets of the attraction. The position provides an opportunity to become an integral member of this successful family business.
Major duties include, handling telephone & email enquires, group bookings and cash reconciliation, spreadsheet and database management. Back up support is also required in admission, retail and caf areas.
Appropriate award and penalty rates apply and whilst own transport is recommended, not essential. Free on site parking available.
