We are looking to hire an administration assistant/office support, Experience is preferred but not a requirement. Training will be provided and ongoing support.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking to hire an Administration assistant

to fill the following role.

* Answering phones

* Booking in jobs/Appointments

* Invoicing

* Reconciling

* Responding/following up on leads

* Assisting with customer queries

* Managing social media accounts

* Taking payments - Eftpos

 

REQUIREMENTS:

* Basic knowledge of Microsoft word and excel

* Basic knowledge of Xero and Simpro preferred but not necessary

* Willingness to learn, with on the job training

* Ability to work independently

* Available 3-4 days a week (Potential full time position for the right candidate)

* Excellent phone manner
