Accounts All Rounder
Casual: 2-3 days a week
Due to our strong growth we are looking for an experienced accounts professional to handle all accounts processes as well as support the operational aspect of our business. This person will need outstanding communication skills to join our friendly team. As an accounts "All Rounder" the successful person will enjoy a busy and varied position.
Some of the activities will include:-
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Including Excel, Word & Outlook
Receive all incoming invoices and process with accuracy
Process, collate & reconcile invoices & purchase orders
Document control, filing & archiving of invoices etc.
Process tax in accordance with legislative requirements
Effective and accurate financial admin experience
Accurate data entry skills
Customer service and relationship development experience
Job Costing, Stock control
Superannuation / Workcover
To be considered for this role you must have:-
+2 years experience using Myob Account Right .
+2 years experience in general accounts
Excellent Organizational & Time Management Skills
A Willing and pro-active attitude & able to work well under pressure
Enjoys engaging with people and being part of a team that is passionate about making a positive difference .
Is Professional in all their dealings with people with a mature attitude and work ethic.
Wants to grow with the business
