Working closely with our Product Line Managers you will align, develop and implement Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) framework in conjunction with key business stakeholders and ensure working capital is optimised. Define, implement, and monitor tactical plans to ensure day-to-day operations are run efficiently and effectively.
What you will be doing
Identify and analyze demand trends and incorporate in forecasting, inventory planning, and safety stock strategies for Australia and New Zealand.
Deployment of the optimum techniques to improve forecast accuracy given the demand stream characteristics observed.
Develop effective data driven demand forecasts, safety stock requirements and demand/supply balance opportunities at monthly S&OP meetings
Ensure the optimum level of inventory is allocated to each state 3PL supply warehouses.
Maintain timely material and Planning Master data attributes in the LN ERP system
Develop process for continuous feedback on performance to plan.
Work with Procurement, Manufacturing and Logistics groups to optimize inventory levels nationally.
Partnering with production scheduling and supply functions to identify and reconcile gaps and supply shortages, providing an early warning system for issues identification.
What we are looking for.
Qualified S&OP practitioner with experience in aligning operating plans with financials.
Previous experience using ERP/MRP/Demand Planning software. Infor LN preferred.
Strong understanding of Inventory management and practices
Tertiary qualified with at least 3 years Demand Planning experience
Digitally savvy and proficient with Microsoft Office suite of applications.
Advanced Excel and Power BI experience.
Strong attention to detail
