The Role:

An exciting opportunity has opened to join our highly reputable sales team working part-time as an account Manager for WA; continuing to develop market leading industry relationships, exceeding territory goals for profitable revenue growth; and continuing our success in providing valuable and positive outcomes and solutions for both patients and healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achievement of sales targets for the BD MDS range of products and ensure profitable opportunities are leveraged across portfolio.
  • Implement effective WA territory plans, develop and review long-term strategies; ensuring consistent sales, market share and profit growth.
  • Identify, establish and maintain key relationships, and exhibit a comprehensive understanding of customer practices.
  • Demonstrate the use and advantages of product solutions; conduct product demonstrations and validations with prospective customers.
  • Maintain an accurate CRM database of all accounts.
  • Attend relevant industry trade shows and conferences as required.

Skills and Experience:

  • A minimum 2 years sales experience preferably within the hospital or healthcare market.
  • Health or science education/qualification desirable.
  • Demonstrated understanding of SPI solution sales methodology.
  • Strong business acumen, analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Proven negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Competent computer literacy and knowledge of MS office. 
  • Excellent communication skills required.
  • Ability to deal with multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to work autonomously.
