We are seeking a motivated and creative part-time Marketing Officer who will be responsible for assisting, developing and implementing marketing support across all facets with an emphasis on digital presence. This position is based in Macquarie Park, NSW.

Your New Role:
In this exciting role, duties include but are not limited to:
Assist with developing and managing content and social media marketing programs
Tracking and reporting on paid campaigns
Support the development and execution of digital catalogues in collaboration with the sales and creative team as well as an external publishing agency
Coordinate & schedule print & digital marketing communications including eDMs, website, social channels, print advertising and print collateral
Implementing improvements to digital platforms based on data-driven analysis and business needs to optimise functionality, engagement, and conversion performance
Keep the websites and online platforms up to date with products and campaigns
Assist with the development of formal monthly/quarterly reports to senior management
Maintain HPA's library of brochures, manuals and guides
Managing product documentation including product specifications, documents and user and installation instructions
Development of brochures, catalogues, tender submissions, sales documentation and presentation
Assisting with trade fair collateral, stock/ merchandise as required
Distribution of marketing materials to the sales team nationally
To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and behaviours:
Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business or similar preferred
3+ years experience in a similar marketing role
Experience using websites (preferably Wordpress), email providers and social media
Experience working with e-commerce platforms and working knowledge and understanding of website administration, Google analytics, Google ads
Creative thinking with a good understanding of design and web principles
Competent Microsoft Office Suite skills
Competent Photoshop and InDesign skills
Strong organisational and project management skills, as well as attention to detail
Motivated and able to independently move projects forward, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines
Excellent communication skills with strong verbal and written English language capabilities
Digital marketing and social media marketing experience
Flexible and team focused
Knowledge of Premier Pro (video editing) advantageous
This role will be 3 days per week and may require occasional travel.
