We are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager to work in the Project Team of Campus Estate. The Project Team manages all capital works projects across the University campus. These include both minor and major planning and delivery projects and are managed in collaboration with Campus Estate Teams, and various stakeholders to ensure the outcomes.
Operating under the Deputy Director, Project Delivery, you will be responsible for delivering projects from inception to handover and ensuring all objectives in regard to project scope, consultant and contractor management, project resourcing, stakeholder communication, program, risk management, quality, procurement and asset handover are achieved.
The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual with strong organisation skills & demonstrated stakeholder management. You will be working with a wide range of consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders. You will need to be able to work autonomously and have the ability to coordinate your responsibilities & projects. At least 5+ years in the construction industry is essential.
