About the role
This role is ideal for someone who has demonstrable ability to build rapport and cultivate professional, business relationships and loyalty. The right candidate will join our friendly and skilled team, to become an integral resource to a varied, high calibre, HVAC service and minor projects team.
Reporting to the Team Leader - Account Management, you will work to expand our existing customer base ensuring excellent customer service across the Sydney CBD, Greater Sydney suburbs, Central Coast, South Coast and Newcastle.
Using your technical expertise, you will be able to identify your clients' needs in relation to their building's performance. You will be able to recognise opportunities to improve your client's existing Building Management System (particularly focusing on improving efficiency, occupier comfort, energy savings and reducing costs) and secure additional business with them via solution-based selling.
Skills and experience
Suited to a specialist in technical sales with an engineering background (gained either from the BMS, building services or HVAC sectors) the focus of this role will be on developing business opportunities with building owners and facility managers. This will involve adding value to existing accounts and creating new accounts by communicating with potential clients at all levels of the decision-making chain.
The successful applicant will be expected to liaise with clients on a regular basis, prepare quotations for new service/repair work and be able to demonstrate sound experience in service, maintenance and diagnostics on a variety of HVAC Systems.
To be considered you must have excellent customer service and communication skills, able to manage conflicting deadlines and co-ordinate professionally with clients, builders, suppliers and colleagues.

- Current drivers' licence
- VRV/VRF, BMS and Chiller experience would be an advantage
- Right to work in Australia
