We have a great office space based in Cremorne (near Richmond). About the role
No two days will be alike. We are seeking someone that can see what needs doing, rolls up their sleeves and gets it done. There will be an element of office admin duties and co-ordination (e.g. booking flights and accommodation, assisting with new employee on-boarding, managing office supplies, etc.), but the role is far broader than that. You will be an integral part of a team that assists our delivery, sales, account management, marketing and business analyst teams to make their magic happen.
Assist senior coordinator with ongoing administrative tasks
General Administration duties.
Answer telephone enquiries
Meet and greet guests
Take sales enquires, and assess and address the customers requirements
Office management tasks
Establish and maintain customer relationships
Internal and external communication of project progress.
Receive job briefings from the Sales team and act upon them.
Quickly assess and prioritise all incoming tasks.
Assist in the ongoing design and document workflow procedures and make appropriate recommendations to eliminate non-value adding processes.
Conduit for customers and Redcat services

enjoy managing multiple tasks simultaneously
ideally have worked in hospitality previously (its an empathy thing) and or have worked as an IT Project Administration role
