We have a rare opportunity for an experienced Digital Marketing professional to join our International Marketing team, and publish, optimise and maintain Digital content across marketing automation, University Marketing websites and tactical social media platforms to support our brand activities.
This is a varied, rewarding and fast paced role, which will give you lots of exposure to international advertising platforms. Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing initiatives, and digital platforms.
Undertake implementation and optimisation of data, including campaign performance, segmentation analysis, list management and lead processes within Marketo.
Identify opportunities throughout the student journey to optimise their experience, and increase the conversion of international student awareness into enrolment.
Support bringing offline future student engagement to online, and broaden our activities towards our customers in digital channels.
Train and act as a mentor to staff members, and provide guidance around digital marketing strategies.
Keep abreast of relevant digital, UX and CX trends and development and monitor digital initiatives of competitor organisations

We are looking for someone with…
Completion of a relevant degree with relevant experience or an equivalent combination of relevant extensive experience and/or education/training
Demonstrated digital marketing experience in a range of digital marketing technologies such as in Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, Facebook Creative Hub, CRMs and automated marketing platfoms, (e.g. Marketo)
Extensive Web experience, including content management platforms such as Workdpress and experience with Adobe Photoshop or similar image manipulation software.
Strong knowledge of data segmentation and campaign workflow configuration.
Proven track record of high quality digital content writing and design.
Proven experience in using initiative to manage and trouble-shoot web content issues
Highly effective written and oral communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a customer focused environment.
Excellent problem-solving and time management skills.
Strong organisation skills with high attention to detail and quality of work.
Ability to prioritise workload and projects in response to new market opportunities.
A 'can-do' attitude that can be applied to your work, the team around you and the university as a whole.
