About the business

Yossi Jewellery is a studio specializing in the design and creation of handmade bespoke jewellery and artefacts, as well as jewellery making courses (evening sessions) in different levels.
All jewellery is made on premise in the studio/workshop. We use precious and semi-precious gemstones, diamonds, and precious metals. (Gold, silver, etc.)
The studio is open Monday to Friday. No weekends.

About the role

Administration and Marketing Manager
If you are extremely organized, well presented, neat and punctual, independent, motivated, have a mature work ethic, good people skills, tech savvy and have graphic design skills, you are welcome to apply. Experience and knowledge of the jewellery industry, (Jewellery shops, Jewellery manufacturing or jewellery courses and education.) - Great advantage but not necessary.


Marketing:
Create and implement marketing strategy to boost sales & customer enquiries
Content creation and social posts for the website and blog (Wordpress), Facebook, Instagram and Google My Business page.
Create content calendar (strategy and content), schedule posts, build followers.
Website and ecommerce management: Maintain website content, plugins, blog, products, SEO
Managing all social channels: Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and Etsy store
Manage EDMs/newsletter (Mailchimp)
Customer Service: Follow up and response to online enquiries, emails, social mentions and reviews (must also be able to put together a letter).
Ecommerce: Pricing and managing stock
Studio management: Organise jewels on display, changing arrangement.
Design work: Making brochures and new signs notes for display in the studio.
Administration:
Updating & maintaining CRM (ACT!) and manage customers when they come in for appointments
Data entry to M.Y.O.B
Maintaining the studio to ensure its always looking neat and well presented.
Skills and experience
Working knowledge of WordPress, Mailchimp (or similar CRM), MS Office, Adobe Photoshop
Social Media Management (Facebook, Instagram, Google Business, Pinterest)
Being able to write and formulate emails, messages and different documents of correspondence.
Graphic design, should be able to create brochures, notes and window signs.
The ability to learn new platforms and systems.
SEO/Google Analytics
Web design skills highly regarded.
