About the Role:
This a is 12 Month Fixed Term role with the opportunity to become more permanent in the future. This role will report the Employee Relations Manger and support the recruitment team with a focus on Market Mapping, Resourcing and Talent pipeline activities.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
Talent Sourcing of perspective candidates
Creating Talent Pipelines
Prospecting relevant candidates from Internal Database
Shortlisting and screening of potential candidates
Conducting pre-employment / reference checks
Pre-planning candidates for future positions
Skills and Experience:
Have previous recruitment industry experience
Have a passion for recruitment
Have empathy and care for people
Be able to think 'outside the box' to source top candidates
Possess great verbal and written, communication and computer literacy skills - MS Office
Retain and uphold confidentiality relating to HR
