About the job.
Located on our Urala Station, near Onslow, you will be responsible for the upkeep of the station complex, with potential to assist with small livestock water runs (dependant on experience).
The Key responsibilities of the role are (but not limited to):
Keeping the Urala homestead, small surrounding station accommodation and complex clean and tidy
Maintaining the small Urala garden, mowing, edging, trimming etc.
Complete Urala water run if required (according to your experience)
Troubleshoot any issues on the property/plant/machinery and work closely with Minderoo Managers and team to rectify promptly
This role would suit a semi-retired couple looking for a change of scenery and happy to live remotely. A can-do attitude and the ability to jump in and do whatever is required to get the job done is essential.
Valid manual driver's license
Someone who is a self-starter and happy to work and live remotely
Great communication skills
Honest, proactive and positive attitude with ability to troubleshoot issues
Must be physically fit, energetic and able to cope with the harsh Pilbara climate
Some knowledge of livestock would be beneficial
Successful applicants will be required to undergo a National Police Clearance.
