Join our dynamic team of commercial real estate professionals, working on the sunny Central Coast, with the role based in our Gosford office.
We're looking for a motivated and energetic administrator, with a background in Real Estate (preferred, not essential), to run our reception, assist with marketing activities, and master the associated administration tasks in the business (the important bits that keep our wheels turning).
You will enjoy working in a positive and friendly environment with a strong focus on systems and client service.
Greeting clients and answering phones
Initial handling of customer enquiries
Use of industry-specific software (Surga Central) for clients and property listings.
Various marketing activities to promote new and existing property listings.
Direct email marketing to client database.
Refining and developing client property submissions/presentations.
Creation of property Information Memorandums and marketing collateral.
Preparation of client activity reports.
Digital archiving of property files
Ad-hoc administration duties and other work as directed by and from the Managers / Directors.
Sense of humour.
Honesty and integrity.
Motivated and able to take initiative.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Certificate of Registration (or ability to obtain) or Licence.
Strong experience with MS Office suite, including Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
Strong team player who is happy to offer support where and when needed.
Proven ability to effectively resolve customer issues.
Previous experience in Real Estate will be highly regarded, although not essential.
