Customer Service Professionals

LO-GO Appointments is currently accepting expressions of interest from experienced Customer Service professionals.

Our clients from Brisbane to Gympie seek staff on a temporary basis throughout the year to provide front line customer service via phone, email, face-to-face and online communications. 

Required Skills and Experience:
  • Extensive customer service experience within a team-oriented environment;
  • Ability to work under pressure and effectively resolve problems;
  • Proficiency in the use of computer software including Microsoft Office and the ability learn new systems as required;
  • Demonstrated high level interpersonal communication skills;
  • Strong time management and attention to detail;
  • Completion of year 12 studies or equivalent; and
  • Possess a current “C” Class Driver's Licence.
