Hardie Grant Childrens Publishing is an award-winning specialist kids and YA publisher who values storytelling and creative thinking. We are seeking a bright spark marketer to join our dynamic team in this newly created role. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated marketing professional who is excited to be part of a collaborative publishing group they will be passionate about childrens books and connecting to audiences around the world.
The Digital Marketing manager will work with the marketing team to develop, manage and implement digital campaign strategy; review and communicate analytics; implement audience development, segmentation and engagement activity focused on promoting the HGCP list both locally (ANZ) and abroad. The role will deliver our marketing strategy direct to consumers, enhancing brand awareness and engagement and facilitating the curation of the widest possible audience to promote the HGCP list.
We are looking for a retail marketer with a passion for kids books and:
Marketing experience within a fast-paced environment and the ability to create engaging brand building and audience focused campaigns
Experience across a broad range of digital marketing platforms, including eDM, social and SEM
Experience working with metadata and digital retailers
The passion to work collaboratively within the marketing department to develop imprint, brand/series, contributor strategies and collaborate to execute creative campaigns
While not essential, experience in developing and maintaining international audiences through digital engagement/campaigns would be highly regarded.
