Who we are
Cire Services is a large community based, not for profit organisation servicing the Yarra Ranges and beyond. Cire provides a range of services to meet community need through life-long learning. We are Registered Training Organisation (RTO) providing accredited, pre-accredited, work skills and leisure courses. We also have a community school with three campuses, family and childrens services throughout the Yarra Ranges and two community hubs located in Chirnside Park and Yarra Junction.
Cire is a Child Safe organisation and prides itself on advocating for the rights of children and young people.
About the role
As we continue to expand our reach in the community, Cire is seeking a Customer Service Officer to join the team at both its Chirnside Park and Yarra Junction locations.
Our dedicated Community Hubs team are professional and friendly with a strong desire to create positive experiences for the community. Led by our experienced Community Hubs Manager, the team is focused on creating opportunities for development, inclusion and engagement. You will be joining a team that is committed to service excellence and will be given the necessary resources and support to ensure your success within the role.
As an experienced customer service professional, you will:
