About the role
We are seeking a part-time administration team member to join our team for approximately 15 hours a week, with occasional additional hours to cover leave and with the option for this to increase over time. The role encompasses a range of administration duties, first and foremost aimed at delivering an excellent experience for all our clients.
General administration duties such as booking appointments and processing payments, including claiming via Hicaps, Medicare & DVA
Ensure the practice is well-presented at all times
Maintain accurate records using our practice management software
Encourage clients to rebook in line with their physiotherapist's recommendations

Our ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about making a difference, has great communication skills and is reliable, committed and organised. You are able to build rapport quickly, are continuously striving to improve and you endeavour to keep our clients smiling.
Availability between the hours of 7:40am-7:00pm Monday to Friday and 8:00am-1:00pm on Saturdays is required, with a rotating Saturday roster in place.
