Eniquest is a Sunshine Coast based manufacturing company who specialises in high quality diesel electric power generating plants, components, military field power generators and auxiliary power units for military vehicles.  We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Bookkeeper Receptionist to join our administration team. 

Your role will consist of but not be limited to basic bookkeeping for the accounts payable and receivable, payroll, data entry, telephone reception and other general administration duties.

Key Responsibilities: -

  • Processing of the Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivables
  • Payroll
  • Data Entry
  • Telephone Reception
  • General administrative duties

Skills Required

  • Must have at least 2 years first hand and recent experience with accounting and administration roles
  • Advanced computer skills
  • Experience with Accentis or similar accounting software
  • Highly accurate and strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written
  • Positive attitude and willing to assist others

In addition, you must be highly focused to complete all tasks in a timely manner and without supervision, be well organised, possess excellent verbal communication skills, and demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail.
