Valley Septics is looking for a part time administration officer who is able to perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities to join our team.
In this role you will be part of a team who installs wastewater systems for the local and surrounding Gippsland area.
If you are an enthusiastic, highly organised, friendly and trustworthy individual and are able to follow established procedures and work from direction provided we would love to hear from you.
You will be responsible for:
Receiving and detailing incoming job information
Maintaining excellent customer service to our customers and suppliers
Scheduling of work
General administrative tasks including filing, printing, record keeping and data entry
Entering bills and quoting
Experience/Personal Qualities required:
Excellent written skills including spelling and grammar
Strong attention to detail
Exceptional time management skills
Be a problem solver with a solution based mindset
Experience with Microsoft Office in both browser and desktop formats
A good knowledge of Quickbooks Online software and accounting procedures
A team player with the ability to work autonomously whilst delivering quality outcomes
Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
Able to prioritize workload, be proactive and work to specific deadlines
