About the role
Reporting to the Deputy Director you will be an Administrative and Support officer you will be a flexible and socially capable team member. The ideal candidate will contribute to administrative support to multiple projects, across different teams, as well as performing core administrative tasks with an attention to detail. Your responsibilities in this role will include:
Administration support for all business streams across The Healing Foundation
Logistics support incl. booking travel, meeting rooms, accommodation, and coordination of training
Management of the admininstrative and Info inboxes
Liaison with suppliers to ensure functionality of The Healing Foundations office
Reception duties including first point of contact for clients, callers, visitors, and vendors
Courier and mail management
Procurement and management of merchandise, stock and office supplies
Support for various internal working groups
Support and coordination of various events and projects across the organisation
Support for grants, contracts, acquittals and funding rounds
Development of in-house annual training calendar
Any other adhoc duties related to support and administration for The Healing Foundation
