Administration Manager

Due to rapid growth of our company, we have opened a position for an Administration Manager in our Tasmanian office.

Based in Cambridge this position is full time, and would suit someone eager to learn and looking to join an exciting company with plenty of potential for personal growth and development.

Some key duties for this role include (but not limited to) the following:

  • Scheduling Breakdown and Programmed Maintenance Work to local Technicians and Subcontractors
  • Responding to Service Inquiries
  • Job Costing
  • Meeting Priorities set out by our Clients
  • Follow up and monitor the status of outstanding work orders
  • Liaising with Clients, Subcontractors and Suppliers
  • Ordering of parts through wholesalers
  • Invoicing and following up of outstanding accounts
  • Payroll
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable
  • Answering telephones
  • Maintaining and overseeing the office facilities including reception and kitchen area
  • Monitoring and ordering stationery

In order to be successful in this position you will need to processes the following attributes:

  • Be seeking long term permanent employment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work unsupervised and to be pro-active
  • Proven ability to manage strict deadlines
  • High level of organisational skills with an attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work in a dedicated small office environment
  • Intermediate MS office Skills Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Willingness to learn fast and be flexible
  • Well presented with a friendly and outgoing personality who is client focused
  • Reliable and possess initiative and a can do attitude
