Hansen Yuncken Tasmania is seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our Hobart branch as a project based HSE Supervisor. As an HSE Supervisor you will be working closely with Project Managers and Site Managers and reporting to the State HSE & Quality Manager. You will be responsible for implementing the companies HSE policies and procedures on current and upcoming projects.

Successful applicants will be able to meet the following selection criteria:
Ideally a Certificate IV in WHS or have a minimum of 5 years experience in the Industry.
A demonstrated background of managing HSE performance in a working environment.
Plan, control and continually improve HSE to achieve HSE performance targets.
Excellent time management, written/verbal communication.
Ability to work within a team environment to communicate HSE Expectations to all Stakeholders.
Ability to interact professionally and reasonably with others.
As an HSE Supervisor, you will be an integral member of the business, working with innovative building techniques to help deliver projects safely. You will use effective communication skills to work with employees and sub-contractors, ensuring all stakeholders are working towards the same policies and procedures.
Open communication with subcontractors and staff will ensure you eliminate injuries and incidents on site. Working in-line with our internal management systems, you will take ownership to achieve positive outcomes in all you do. You will provide input to ensure the Project Management Plans are maintained along with monitoring compliance of all HSE Systems.
