Live Electrical and Air Conditioning are seeking a Full Time Receptionist to join the team in our busy Sumner Park Office.

Skills & Experiences

  • Previous experience in a similar role (electrical ideally)
  • Experience using SimPRO (ideally)
  • Strong capability to multi-task and prioritise their workload.
  • Liaising with builders, subcontractors, and other trades.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Desire to ensure completion of work.

About the role:

  • Be the main point of contact for customer relations.
  • Schedule and implement all jobs, activities & tasks.
  • Effectively communicate to the team, builders, trades, customers & sub-contractors.
  • Respond to all enquiries in a timely manner.
  • Be adaptable and flexible to ensure emergency jobs are scheduled.

Training will be provided where required.
