Do you have 5+ years experience in advertising account management and looking for a new challenge Would you like to gain valuable experience owning the work for a large Australian retailer As well as some ad hoc work for some of our smaller clients.

The role covers all aspects of account management, including; campaign planning, timelines and finance, briefing creative, reviewing concepts, presentation to Client and managing feedback for, but not limited to; TVCs, Radio, Print, Editorial Content, POS and digital, from brief right through to despatch.

Our Clients are very busy and sometimes require fast turnarounds, so a positive attitude and good attention to detail is a must.

Our Agency has a friendly and helpful culture, we support each other and work hard but we like to have a bit of fun too.



  • Day to day management of your Client business.
  • Build effective Client, Agency and partner relationships, serving as the point of contact for customers in your portfolio.
  • Oversee the planning, production and delivery of advertising material and projects.
  • Interpreting Supplier and/or Client briefs and develop into the Agency creative brief.
  • Ensuring brief and concepts are in line with overall Client brand messaging.
  • Manage the complicated Government approval process, such as CAD (ClearAds).
  • Manage all relevant financial functions, eg. prepare creative concepting quotes, brief in production quotes, manage job costs and budgets.
  • Resolve issues to maintain and strengthen customer trust.
  • Present creative concepts and quotes to Client.
  • Prepare and manage campaign timings and budgets.
  • Liaise with Clients and other stakeholders to ensure task is completed to highest possible standard.
  • Ensure final product is on brief, on time and on brand.
  • Develop campaigns for TVCs, infomercials, radio, print, OOH, digital content, editorial copy articles, etc.
  • Provide support and Client updates to Directors.
  • Provide strategic brand guidance support to Clients day to day, as well as inform and contribute to the companys strategy and branding projects.
  • Mentor and upskill our existing team of experienced and junior team members.
  • Monthly reporting for internal and external stakeholders.


  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects confidently and autonomously and liaise effectively with Clients.
  • Demonstrable experience in negotiation and meeting Client requirements.
  • Smooth management of jobs through the Agency from brief to delivery of final work.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  • Ability to think creatively, conceptually, aesthetically, strategically and commercially.
  • Utilise social intelligence when managing Clients and their Suppliers, as well as agency creatives, production and Suppliers.
  • Be capable of handling tight deadlines and take an agile approach to project management.
  • Solid understanding of budgeting and reporting on progress.
  • Love the idea of working in an established, yet growing and open-minded Agency.

  • Achieve KPIs as set by you and your Manager during your annual review.
  • Your ability to manage multiple projects multiple projects at any one time is mandatory as you ensure that all work is delivered on time, to the required level of quality, and within budget.
  • Take end-to-end ownership of work and outcomes from brief to delivery of final work going to air.
  • Following Agency processes and systems to protect efficiency and assure quality control.
  • Maintain a high attention to detail to ensure work is accurate and of the highest possible standard.
  • Minimise the number of revisions required by creative/production.
  • Maintain a positive and productive attitude.
