Your Skills & Attributes
Relevant experience working in a similar role
Management and supervision
You will preferably have estimating experience
Project planning and programming
Purchasing and procurement
Hazard and risk assessment
Project budget management
Record keeping and document control
Knowledge of relevant legislation, standards and codes of practice
Proficiency in computer based systems Microsoft Project and CAD packages
Function and safety auditing
Ability to communicate at all levels.
Exceptional time-management and organisational skills.
Have excellent typing and computer skills especially with Microsoft Office 365, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Experience in Cubit, Procore, and Xero would be an advantage.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
You will be an experienced hydraulic professional / plumber with contract administration and project management experience employed in a full-time position in our Wagga office to work across our plumbing company, ICG Fleming, with authority and responsibility for:
Your experience will be sought to finalise key contract terms, scopes of work, program and subcontracts;
You will schedule & motivate all trades on site, ensuring the projects are running on or ahead of time.
You will assist in the commercial aspect of the project to prepare and review head and subcontract progress claims;
You will be estimating for new projects from plans and documents;
Preparing project documentation including variations and ITPs.
Obtaining clearances, access permits or system switching requests.
Sourcing materials and labour resources, including sub-contractors.
Regular communication with clients and maintaining good working relationships.
Establishing and maintaining Supplier relationships.
Conducting initial site hazard identification and risk assessment.
